Accounting Manager and Advisor
Rhonda is an entrepreneur whose passion is to help any size business to become more successful. She has assisted with implementations of accounting systems all over the world. From Cabela’s in Sydney, Nebraska to Office Depot in Hiroshima, Japan. The foundation of her career is accounting and finance, with experience ranging from Staff Accountant to Associate Finance Director. Her first job out of college was to convert a manual bookkeeping system to a computerized system, using CYMA Systems. Then, she spent 6 years solidifying her accounting/tax foundation by working in a CPA Firm with 5 CPAs, 5 other staff accountants, a data entry staff, secretary, and a receptionist. She also helped to train the clients regarding the business impacts of the Tax Reform Act of 1986. During her time at Cabela’s she also helped them to implement a plan to become compliant with the Sarbanes-Oxley Act of 2002. After leaving the CPA firm, she moved to the accounting software industry and became an Instructional Designer, Corporate Trainer, and a Business Strategist. She is currently using her skills to help grow the YTM Accounting Business.
